Michael Henderson "Mike" Spence (30 December 1936, Croydon, Surrey – 7 May 1968, Indianapolis, Indiana, USA) was a British racing driver from England. He participated in 37 Formula One World Championship Grands Prix, debuting on 8 September 1963, and in 20 non-championship races.

Spence won the 1965 Race of Champions (the first ever) and 1966 South African Grand Prix, both of which were non-championship races. He took part in his final race, the 1968 BRDC International Trophy, which came more than a week before Spence died in a testing crash at Indianapolis.
